Alexander James Masten

Alexander Masten was born on June 3, 2005 at 9:15 p.m. He weighed 6 lbs 5 ounces. He is the third apple of my eye and my pride and joy. He was the only child that was a surprise at birth because he was stubborn and wouldn't let us see during the ultrasounds. He was a pretty happy and wonderful baby once we got past the acid reflux issue. He wears glasses even though he has had three eye surgeries. He was the only one of my children that cried his first year of preschool right along with me. He is mamas boy all around and hasn't outgrown it. He will be seven on Sunday and in first grade next year. He has also become a wonderful boy who loves to spend time with his siblings and daddy and I. He loves to be around his friends and cousin. He was my shortest labor even though it felt like hours to me, everyone said it was less than an hour. He has overcome obstacles and become a wonderful little boy. I am very proud of the little man he has become and will grow up to be. He is also the third apple of my eye and my pride and joy.
